    Depending on the size of the project we have warranties ranging from one month to three months. Any breakup or other performance related issues, we are there to help you. Many applications fail, only because the maintenance of the application was not planned properly.
  2. Project Documentation
    We follow PMI processes and standards for the project documentation. Depending on the size of the project we decide the amount of documentation needed, this is discussed with the client and the format is presented to the clients.
  3. Online Training and Technical Support
    We use online meeting tools like GoToMeeting, Team Viewer and Join.me for the online training and technical support. Though we are available 24X7, but we would prefer time slot bookings for the meetings.
